I FOUND THEM!!!!!!!! AFTER an ENTIRE SUMMER of looking!!! Giving it to the shop....sending it out, getting it back, blowing it up, spraying it down... and it still leaked!
ALAS I have found the pores in my leaky lemon, thanks to some advice found here...I filled it with water today, found about 8 pin holes in it! plus some places along the seam that seem to be leaking as well! So...ducktape for tomorrow and then Friday it's off to get patched for what hopes to be the last time.

IMO if you sent it off to be fixed and they couldn't fix it, and now that you know where the leaks are I would fix it myself. It's not that big of a deal and you'll know it's done right when you finish it up.
