If only had one day

My wife has trouble clearing her ears to equalize so we will probably only be able to get one day of diving in.. so if you only had one day, what dive site would you recommend in/near San Pedro?

Just off San Pedro I'd take Tackle Box as the first dive and Esmeralda as the second. If more is wanted I'd do Eagle Ray Canyons as the third and inside Hol Chan as the fourth.

But in practice you don't get this degree of choice.
