Oceanic PX2 or PX3 and Alpha 7 second stage, I believe.

No, not really. Great for filling tires though.

The 1st stage looks like a Scubapro MK 5 / 10 clone, in that case it could be worth servicing. If it's 1/2 as good as the real thing it'll last a long time and give good service. The 2nd looks like junk to me.
