ID this electric critter from Lembeh?

This critter is from Lembeh, Indonesia. It was seen at the Nudi Retreat divesite, hidden in a small crevice on the wall at about 4 meters. I think it was about 4-6" across as shown in this picture. Even though it was midday with plenty of light in the water, clearly visible were two white bands of what looked like electric pulses passing across the top and bottom, they can be seen in this shot. Anybody know what it is?

That appears to be an electric flame scallop. The electric bands are actually neon blue. They are becoming quite popular with saltwater aquarium enthusists.

Now that you mention it, the bands were indeed neon blue, not white.
Thanks alot, glad to have a name for it...
