Having two daughters that started as junior open water divers I thought I should point out that the depth limit up to the age of 15 is only 40 feet.
We have done wall dives with bottoms out of view and both of them when young attempted to rocket down into the depths to see something interesting, kids dont have the self control to stay at the depth they should. As their parent, I was right on them to stop the decent.
Diving with my kids has been one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had as a parent and hope the same for you and yours.
