Hi, I have a booster that needs maintenance.
I'm interested in learning and or giving it to him.
can you help me

if it's a haskel, check their youtube videos on how to service it. It looks like it is a Haskel 15/30, but can't see much else.
It's one of the old spec-ops units, I had one. It has 2 15-45's (IIRC, they could be 15-30's) and take a massive amount of drive air. I had 45 CFM and couldn't keep up filling banks, so I sold mine and bought a Masterline.

I rebuilt both of mine, bought the kits from Haskel and I have access to the Navy tech manual library.
