I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this but it's as good a place as any to start....
I own Welcome to Dive-Vision.com, Asia's premier prescription dive mask and prescription swimming googles supplier which is a specialist prescription dive mask company registered (and based) in Singapore. There are really only three or four companies in the world that do this sort of business well and we are 1 of them. I have a full time day job and have taken this business as far as I can. I now need a Mandarin speaker, preferably Singapore citizen or PR although will consider HK or China based person.
This person will be in diving, want to own a part of an established business, may have eCommerce business experience/web programming/Joomla knowledge, will be an entrepeneur, has had enough of working for others and wants to build a business. It would be an advantage to know about eyesight/eyesight underwater but this is not essential.
I am willing to sell or even give 30% to the right person that I believe will grow this business. It will not need full time to start with so anyone that is in the dive business and has time to answer calls, write a blog, update website, communicate on forums, visit local dive shops etc will be able to do this. I know from experience that the more you put in, the more you get out!
