Dutch springs is open, and I think people are heading up. The downside is I THINK you need to be with a group and all enter/leave together. You could surely hook up with someone once you got there.

yes, they did... but they are open one weekend a month for instructors and their students only.
it is under this premise that you might get in to dive. they are also open to the public on new year's eve.

The next weekend they will be open is 1/20-1/21. You will need to sign up with an instructor to get in. BillB hosted the last group.
