I have been visiting this board for over a year...

but have never posted since I had nothing to contribute. Now I have just started my certification course and am very excited. The open water part will be in the Cayman Islands. I decided to go ahead and learn to dive since it has always appealed to me and I will be living Mexico for the next two years. So hopefully some good SCUBA opportunities will avail themselves to me! By the way, I love this board.

Checkout DiveTech in Grand Cayman for your open water checkout dives. All their staff are instructors from all walks of life. They have a retired school teacher "Ken" that is the best. The reefs in front of both their shops is tops in the world.......
