I’ve got a similar setup but am using some carbon float arms. Its actually very positively buoyant, and I’m looking at ways of adding a little ballast to the bottom front of the dome. I haven‘t tested with my macro port yet, but imagine it’ll still be positive, though a bit less.
I bolted a 1lb weight to the bottom of the tray. I've tried automotive wheel balancing weights on the dome but found the 1lb dive weight to be easier to manage and less of a hassle at airport security (I unbolt the weight and put in the inspection tray beside the carryon with the rig) as unseen lead triggers a search every time. The upper positive buoyancy with the lower negative keeps the trim of the rig straight with the arms positioned properly.
