If only i had a dollar (or Euro in my case 
) for every time a student freaks out about removing that mask!!
Have no fear! Like everyone says before me- so i wont repeat- relax! take ur time! Ask ur instructor on some other tips that he might know of!
You might also feel a bit intimidated if everyone else in your class can do it ok - dont feel like that! Everybody is there to learn, everybody stumbles at one point
Remember - there is no TRY!
