Red Sea (Abu Nuhas, wreck of the Canoptic)
I'd estimate about a foot long.

Probably devil scorpionfish Scorpaenopsis diabolus or flathead scorpionfish
Scorpaenopsis oxycephala less likely
humpback scorpionfish
Scorpaenopsis gibbosa
