Hello all, I got certified yesterday in Palau at Sam's tours. I am moored there on my sailboat. Had some wonderful dives saw a few sharks, some clams the size of basketballs. Now I need to get some equipment. I don't want to make any mistakes and have to do it all over again. Mostly I will use it for diving my mooring and anchor. Cleaning my boat hull and such. So far I have used the Mares and Aqualung BCD. either worked ok. I di need to put weight on the tank to keep it from riding up and keep me more upright. My biggest problem was the longer I was down the harder it was to stay down when not moving. I would shoot to the top. (Working on it).

Just a few suggestions on what equipment I would want to buy. I have been told the Mares Magellan and Dacor 260 Pacer reg W/three gauge console would be a good start. Just started looking at liesurePro site

Cheers to an excellent dive life! No more shooting to the surface, though—you wouldn’t want to visit Palau’s chamber.
