Hey, can someone give me some info on the diving in the Humber Bay?

What's the closest intersection (ie. where the heck is the Humber Bay)?

What's the water like (temp./visibility/depth)?

What's there to see (marine life)?

Thanks!!

You are looking for Humber Bay Park West. Its entrance is just West of Park Lawn Road off Lakeshore Blvd. Follow the right-hand road inside the entrance to the second to last car park.

Water temps reflect current surface temperatures on Lake Ontario, since it is a shallow spot... look for weather buoy information on NOAA site and extrapolate from those data.

There is no marine life since Humber Bay is fresh water ;) OK... OK There's nothing animal in nature of significant interest. There are some interesting clay formations and a few brown fish.

I was diving there yesterday and I bumped into a big Carp, around 10 lbs.It happened when I was finishing my dive in about 10 feet of water.

LOL, thanks guys, it's close to home so at least it'll be somewhere to dive.

P.S. The smell confirms the rumor!!
