Why is my HTML code off? as a sponsored member should'nt I be able to use this?

There is no mention of html code in the Supporting Members FAQ. Really, there should be no need for a user to use HTML and definitely they should not be allowed to use unrestricted HTML. That would be a very bad thing.

I agree with Mike. There are just too many malware sites; allowing unrestricted HTML would expose SB users to this via cross-site scripting, and with almost no upside. Most of what you'd want to do can be done with PHP tags instead.

Nobody has HTML. Not me, not, El Orans, not NetDoc.
The editor uses "bbcode" which uses tags similar to HTML.

Correct, nobody can use HTML in posts or PMs.
HTML can be converted to a BB code.
