Gotta say, I didn't realize the price has dropped that much this year
However, your examples are not the same tank as this either. This is the one they sell with the PVD coated XSScuba valve. Not sure what the differences are besides the valve and price.

The pvd valve is nothing special. It is same price as chrome valve at LP
