$400 for 1 tank? You are crazy. I just bought a set of doubles with bands and manifold for$550.
Thanks for comparing apples to oranges. Yeah, I could by double 80's for that as well. If you bought double 130's, only 2 yrs old tanks, then I would agree, otherwise, no comparison.

I have to agree with Michael on this one, albeit for different reasons... For starters, while I prefer Worthington tanks over any other brand, they are no longer being made. Worthington has stated that they plan on renewing the HP exemption permit indefinitely, but it's only a matter of time before they stop which will render the tank useless. Second, I don't personally know you or how you treat your gear. I'm sure you do the right thing as a TEC Instructor, but let's face it... it's not uncommon for divers (especially tec divers) to do 'cave fills'. I've seen many 130's fail their first hydro due to overfilling, especially worthington tanks (my guess is because they hot-dip galvanize their tanks after the initial hydro). I'm pretty sure I speak for most when I say I'm not willing to take a $400 risk. In fact, if you take a quick look, you'll see another X8 130 was recently advertised for $250 and it still didn't sell.

I buy / dive steel LP85s, HP100s, and HP130s exclusively... You're overpriced by about $175.

My (very serious) offer is $200- Tank must come O2 clean and in VIS (with a receipt showing when both were performed). I'll pick up locally.

Is the tank still available? I'll take it off you for $300 and pick it up.
