Wanted to say "howdy" and introduce myself; me and Ms. Ranchonodinero have taken the pool portion of the SSI certification and are waiting to take the open water part later this month. Hopefully in time to get some dives in down Mexico way. I've snorkeled quite a bit, but I had a blast in the pool!

Hello and welcome to diving...I also am in the DFW area..who have you done your pool through?

Howdy to you to. Welcome to SB. I am in Mansfield, your backyard. :DMaybe we can hook up and do some diving.:cool2:

I wondered if you went through Doug. I teach for Doug, so I may see you in some of your open water classes. If you need a dive partner ever, let me know. My whole family dives and we dive many weekends out of the year.

Thanks! Wish I was along for Doug's Cozumel trip, but maybe this fall. Our instructors for the pool portion were great-very patient, knowledgeable and the kinda people you would want to go diving with.

Got my open water certification this past weekend. Had a blast too! Thanks to Doug and the gang at Burleson Scuba!
