you can't really upload videos to Scubaboard. You need to have a web hosting site and link to that. Like YouTube or Vimeo, etc.

Once you have the YouTube URL, when you go to compose your post, add the tags "[yt]" and "[/yt]" around the URL in your post, with no spaces between the tags and the URL. YouTube HD and HQ are also supported, with different tags.
