Hey all, I know this has been posted before, but I'm in St. Thomas and not exactly sure my camera settings are right, and don't have time to do a search. Could someone please post the order of buttons to get my camera set to slave flash so I can sync it to my Inon D-180. Thanks a ton.

Here is a primer I put together a few years ago:

5050 Primer

It should answer all of your questions.

The quick answer: (you can't set to "slave" in Program or Shutter priority)

In either Aperture priority or Manual:

Bring up the "top" menu by pressing [OK]
Right select [>] Mode Menu
Right [>]
Down [V]
Down [V] Flash
Right [>]
Down [V] Slave
Right [>] and set the number to "1"
[OK] [OK] [OK]

that's it.

I appreciate everyone's replies. Saved my butt in the VI while I was having a drunken brain fart!
