How to recover missing dive details after upgrade to Windows 10?

I could swear this has been asked and answered here before, but for some reason I can't find the old thread so sorry for the repeat.

I just upgraded to Windows 10, and also updated SW Desktop. After the change I'm missing all the log details like dive site, location, notes, etc. on the last 15 dives. Is there a way to recover those details?
