I've been out of the water for awhile and can't remember how to manually set my white balance. Can anyone refresh my memory? Thanks!

I'll bet it is in the manual.....RTFM.

I did RTFM. If it was in there I wouldn't waste people's time asking on this forum.

You can select one of the custom white ballance settings from the menu. press the function/set button. from the AWB selection you can move over to the custom settings there are 2. once you are on the custom setting, point the camera at a white or gray area and pres the metering button (to the left of the menu button. that will lock the setting for that custom selection.

You can also have the shortcut button set up for a 1 touch custom white balance. it is nice for quick adjustments. when it is set up you depress the shortcut button, point it at your white/gray surface, then press the metering button and it is ready to go.
