How to include square brackets in posts?

Sometimes I want to include square bracketed BB-code in my messages as code examples, without actually triggering the code on display. For example, typing out the {youtubehd}{/youtubehd} tags.

Anyone know how to do that?

You want to surround the tag text with the [plain][/plain] tag.
i.e. "[plain][youtubehq]...[/youtubehq][/plain]"
