I have a 3+ black and a Mac. How do I get sharp stills from a video? Everything i get looks fuzzy or blurred not like in the video?

Whenever you capture a still from a video, you are capturing a frame. If it comes out blurry, it's probably because there is a lot of movement on the video - which you won't notice much of the blur (especially if shot in 60fps) as the frames will be changing fast. Is the video shaky?

Set the camera on a table, record some and then capture a still - it should be sharp.

A non-linear video editor should allow you to zero in on particular non-blurry frames much better.
