Response time varies by the number of mods available at any given time, and the amount of other issues we may be dealing with. Currently, most of the mods are already involved with several other reported items and this particular one hasn't been looked at yet. In light of your post here, I'll make sure it is tagged for review immediately.

Sometimes you have to bear with the mods. Unfortunately scubaboard is in someways alot like being out in public. With thousands of members there will be the inevitable people come in and cause a big scene and stir. The upside is they usually get cleaned out pretty quickly.

Just like with my line of work everyone wants justice NOW! but dont understand you dont just pick up the phone to report a robbery and by the time you hang up we got the bad guys. Hang in there and chances are this time tommorow it will be gone.
