How do you spell SAFT

Have look at this still from yesterday's dive. I believe this is called a SAFT, but I must no be able to spell SAFT, because I cannot find any infomation on any marine life know as SAFT. I think it is because I cannot spell SAFT correctly. How do you spell SAFT?

I spell saft just like that, but it would be a drink and not marine life

On topic though, those things look awsome
