How do you connect two sealife strobes to a sony marine pack camera?

Is it possible to connect two sealife strobes to a sony marine pack camera set up? How would the flash capables be connected? Would they work well?

I am upgrading to a different camera system and would like to go with a DSLR setup or a sony point and shoot with strobes.
