How do I stop receiving email notifications for every thread I follow or post in.

This started about a week ago. I have checked in preferences and alert preferences and no "notify by email" box is checked.

Ok, just tried that with a thread, and when I clicked "watch thread" again, it already was showing no email notification. Same on my "preference" . (Why can't we post photos here?)

Any post that showed up in my alerts is now emailed to me. About 15-20 per day?

Check in your profile settings. You may have something set there you have to change.

Yeah I thought it may have just been a few. I've found that if I watch a thread by commenting on it I get emails, then I unwatch then watch to stop them.
