I just looked at the Sea and Sea site. All their dual strobe connector cords say "not compatible with the YS60 strobe". What do I need to attach another YS60 strobe to my camera? Is it possible or do I have to use another strobe?

thanks
Mike

Don't some strobes have a "slave" device that will pop the 2nd strobe when the slave detects the flash from the primary?

If this is true, then you won't need a cord for the 2nd strobe.

The YS60 has a built in sync cord. That's why you cannot attach a dual sync cord to it. You would just use the built in slave function.

Buff,

Sea & Sea makes a dual strobe adapter for the MXII-EX. It will allow you to use your YS-60 plus either a YS-30, YS-60, YS-120 or YS-300 as a slave or master. As you know, however, you can use the YS-30 as a cordless slave.

To mount the two strobes you will need a tray and two arms. Ultralite makes good products for that purpose. Sea & Sea also makes good products for that purpose, too.
