How do I reset the history on my Stinger computer

I recently bought a Suunto Stinger diver computer from ebay and it has 20 dives logged in the memory. Can anyone help me to figure out how I reset/clear this?

I have downloaded the manual from the Suunto website but couldn't figure out from there what I had to do.

There are no official ways other diving them off with a frequent sampling rate.

There is a program that will do it.
It works Great in spite of the above thread's opinion.
