This is beyond the scope of the manual which came with the scooter, and all online videos and instructions I was able to find deal with the other end (circuit board). How do I open and clean the gears?
The reason I am asking is because when I turn on the scooter, the motor makes noise, but propeller does not move. I did check for lines/seaweed wrapped around the shaft.
