As one of the oldest here (70) I guess my path is a lot longer than most of you anyway, here it is:

I started with a Nikonos II in 1975 then bought a Nik III for $50 brand new at an auction (still got it) used bulb flashes for about a year before buying a 'real' manual flash (can't remember make).

Next was a S/H Australian built housing a Sea Tite? for Oly 0M1 with 50mm macro, with a matching HUGE flash see pic. That flash had more go in it than any flash I have owned since. Never had a problem with this and used it for a long time.

Bought a S/h Nikon Aquatica, Nikon F4 and SnS flashes and used it for about 4 years. Sold the housing for $250 and moved to Digital in 2008?

My first digital UW camera and second Oly was an E520 with 50mm macro, Oly housing and SnS 110 flash + SnS slave flash. Had a heap of fun with that but was seduced one Christmas 2012 and lashed out on a pressie for my self.

Sold the E520 + and bought OMD - EM5 with Oly housing and 60mm macro. Kept the SnS 110 and bought an Inon Z240 which was great for 6 months then I flooded it and shot back to SnS. Have a bunch of lenses and also do a bit of bird photography but UW is the only place that counts.

This is me about 30 years ago. No idea how I stuffed up the scanner!
