I bought a cheaper canister dive light to tide me over until I can buy a good one.
The one I purchased online has a cord that's way to long. How difficult is it to shorten the length. Either at the light or the canister.

Fold it over a couple of times, secure with zip ties......that should hold you over, not damage the light and affect resale.

PS, I've got a excellent condition Diverite 10 w HID I don't use anymore. $299. Cheers.
