Thanks Dave. I have been vacillating between the Seatool and Sea & Sea, when finances allow, but leaning toward the Seatool. Any issues with camera controls?

Yes, unfortunately I get my cylinders refilled most every weekend at Monterey Bay dive center on Cannery Row, which puts me perilously close to Backscatter, whose door is about 20 feet from theirs. My wife tends to regret this proximity.

They are close, but your ability to restrain is incredible. I walked into Backscatter and tried to buy a Sea and Sea housing for my D300 one day, but they would not cut me any kind of a deal on the housing and ports. So I bought a compressor instead, and for now the housing is on hold. Sucks cause we are headed to Mexico at the end of the this year, and it will be another trip without an underwater camera.

I just bought a Sea&Sea MDX-D300 housing for a friend.
I got a great deal in Singapore, with Mr Andrew at Sea n' Sea Camera. The deal might even cut for the shipping in case you don't have anyone to do it for you.
It is by far the BEST housing S&S has ever made!!! No complains.
