I just did and got a few hits:ScubaWim:
Ikelite seems to be the easiest way to go:

Contact them http://www.ikelite.com/ , Pentax isn't listed anymore on their website but they might be able to help.

If none of those work out try an UW photo store, like Backscatter or ABSea, and keep an eye on e-bay.
