Hotels and house reefs

Hi, we stopped at magic life in Nabq bay sept. 12 and the house reef was ras murat which is not particularly great but magic divers on site were great and we did enjoy the boat dives.
This year in march we stopped at Barons resort and the house reef ras gamila was great for us. Nice easy dive site, gently sloping bottom and plenty of things to see. It was very pretty. Sinai divers on site were very good and the house reef guide penny was brilliant. Boat diving was good but transfers from leaving the hotel to their main centre to meet up then a further transfer to the boat was a little too long hanging about for us but they are very thorough and very professional.
We are looking to go back to Sharm in September and would like some advice on which hotels are on which house reefs? and which have their own dive ops. We are going for two weeks this time with some non divers in the party so will do more diving on the house reef to free up more time in the resort. I was looking at reef oasis senses (sentido) but am not sure about the house reef so are open for suggestions.
We are not looking at any challenging dives as we only have 20 dives under our belts but love the marine life and pretty corals sharm has to offer. Thanks Steve

We have stayed at the Shark's Bay Hilton a few times. The house reef was pretty good and the on site dive centre, Sinia Dive Club,were good as well. Mind you it's a good 5 years since we were last there, so things might have changed.

I have the following suggestions for you, both hotels are at Ras Um Sid and opposite each other.

Iberotel Club Fanara with Diving & Discovery, it has two house reefs Ras Umm Sid accessible over the jetty at the Fanar Beach Club and Temple through the beach. I actually might be going back there at the end of the month for another week .

The Travco Marina where the boats leave for the sites at Ras Mohammed is only 10 minutes away.
