Yup! I do it. Just finished bottling a nice amber brown ale that has been fermenting for the last 2 weeks. 2 more weeks till we can drink it!

Huh? Gas? O2 percentage what? Brewing...? Ermmm, Well, uhhh, nevermind.

That's kinda quick, you must use co2 for carbonation then. I haven't done homebrewing for a long time. Try this idea out and see if you like it: After you get done making a nice dark ale and are about to bottle it, only use half of the bottling sugar and substitute dark molasis (sp?) for the other part. You will find the good part when you swallow and there is no aftertaste.
