first let me say I know the big scooters will pull multiple people in tow. So not a real shocking statement to the bigger DPV owners. That being said....

As some of you know. I just bought a brand new Aquaprop L. So I got it in my hands Thursday. Did my first dive with it Friday. Wow was really impressed with the speed and torque this thing has. So simple to operate (I prefer 1 hand operation with it btw). Ran it a good hour. Got another dive 2 dives in yesterday. Just 2 120’ ish dives for 30’ total dive per dive (again just playing with it for now). Today I did another dive with it. Had 3 buddies with me. We were paired up 2 and 2. I was the only one with a scooter and it was so we could all take turns playing with it. We did have a destination set and one pair went on to the destination while my buddy and I hung back and played with the Aquaprop. When we decided to head to the destination. Now we did take a small short cut. However, my buddy grabbed on to me and the Aquaprop pulled us both! So fast we even caught up to the other pair of divers (using the short cut). But well before they had reached the destination which is a speed boat wreck in the lake. My rig is drysuit, mid layer garments, prism 2, 40 Bailout, I am a lean 240lbs. My buddy in tow is lean 200ish lbs, sidemount rig with 2 HP100’s. Talk about a little scooter that could! Yeah don’t let its size fool you. Definitely a worker. Tow time with both in tow was just over 5 min.
