View 1: They are creating underwater theme parks with all the plastic ambiance of Disneyland.

View 2: An artificial reef is a Good Thing, regardless of whether it starts as a subway car, battleship, or cheesy hollywood set designer's view of Atlantis, etc.

View 3: More power to them. Keep all those "other people" off the natural reefs so "we" can enjoy them longer.

Hmmm, I'm getting so cynical I can't find even a single view I accept completely.
