Hello,

I’m looking into a BP/W setup and have come across the new Hollis St system, I’m specifically looking at the 35lb version, does anyone have any experience with these they can share?
I would like to have integrated weights as well although those pockets look quite bulky, any comments?
Thank you

They do look ridiculous, don’t they? Even with the shipping fees you’d probably be better off with a package from Dive Gear Express.

It’s the fact that the bladder sits between a 30 and 40lb that was drawing me towards this system.

Roll your own package.

Unless you are set on handing up weights at the end of a dive, see if you can find some 20lb Zeagle Zip-Touch or Rear-Weight pouches.

Rear Weight
(If Rear weight - Punch a hole in the tab and) put them on you waist strap and secure them to your backplate with assembly screws.

They are quick-dumpable by pulling the red toggle up, out and down and zip-load/unload. Since they are vertical, they consume minimal space on the waist belt and mounting them at the plate puts the weight aligned with your core and minimizes forward-pitching at the surface. Without all of the clips and inner pouches they are compact and light.

Watch this video, you can leave her questions and she is pretty good about answering them.
