does any one have any experience with/comments on the hollis dg02 dive computer..
specifically the algorithm ... Hollis Z+ Algorithm based on Buhlmann ZHL-16c..
how does it compare to suuntos rgbm..
the local dive shop is selling some off from their rental fleet, 1-2 yrs old..
i'm thinking of picking one up for my son, his first computer..
thanks guys

There are a ton of threads on SB comparing algorithms. Bottom line: all are safe, most are similar on a first dive, all the RGBM variants give less NDL on repetitive dives, especially if the first dive had yoyo profiles or fast ascents or were followed by short SIs. Some dislike RGBM because it is not clear what the algorithm really is. Note the Z+ is the same as the current AquaLung and Oceanic PZ+ algorithms. Lots of experience with it. No issues there.
