This is the ultra-tough chemical (sewer, poison, Covid, mumps, jet fuel, lumbago, septic tank, Black Plague, dropsy, etc) resistant (rubber ?) tank band HOLLIS included on their Enviropro BCDs. You may be long gone but for sure they’ll recover this band, so I put my name/rank/serial # on mine.
