Hog regulator identification help

I am looking at several hog 1st stages and need help identifying them. Owner says that only 2 of them are d3s. Can anyone help identify them?

black ones are D3, the silver ones are D1's

d3>d1, however D1 has parts interchangeable with Apeks DST

Difference is negligible
