HOG Pro bc size large. Comes with crotch strap and two cam bands. The back pad is missing because I never used it. No idea where it went. This was my personal bc used only occasionally for teaching in fresh water only. The pool I used was a different system for filtration and its not saw chlorine either. I'm not diving enough to keep the gear I have. Retails for 459. Asking 150 plus shipping in the US
