Interesting, I counted 3 rebreathers...
Have you looked at their producs though? They do a backplate and wing that looks like it would be DIR compliant.

I doubt that that is overboard, rebreathers are not very redundant stock, so you need several when your penatrating deep into caves like that
or you could use one really big fully redundant unit like the CIS-Lunars they moddied for diving at wakulla
