This is kind of old news. The study of the sunken transports(one of which is purported to be the Lord Sandwich) has been going on for almost 20 years. Every time a new site(which is mostly just ballast stone) is found, the Newspapers
proclaim that the wreck has been found. The group is looking for 7.5 million dollars in funding, hence the press...
