If you do not mind me asking. I have seen VE at the end of a HYDRO but never UE.
Are these ISO tanks?

I don't recall specifically what "UE" stands for, however the hydro process for that stamp is different than normal. The bottle is inspected using something like ultrasound to detect for issues instead of the traditional process where the bottle is filled with water and pressurized. These are not ISO tanks.
