High capacity SD cards...

Hello all,

I've got a Sea and Sea 8000G point and shoot digicam. Does anyone know if it can use the higher capacity SD cards that are now available? I'm currently using a 1GB card but was wondering if it could use a 4GB card.

Well, no one answered, so I found out via the Ricoh website.

Good reference site as a few S&S cameras are made by Ricoh.

Bummer...my GX8 (8000G equivalent) only takes 1GB SD cards.

I recently used 2GB cards on a trip to Fiji with a Sea&Sea 8000G and they worked wonderfully. You can check my Fiji pics in my gallery for the results. I called Reef Photo and they told me that 2GB was the max.
