:crafty: I have just dived again for the first time in 20 years, like riding a bike, however I was certified under FAUI and cannot find a record so am starting again under PADI this message is just to say gidday to everyone.

Welcome to Scubaboard! It'd be very helpful if you would fill in your profile. It's easier to answer questions or direct you to information if we know something about you like where you're from.

Welcome wwtmcc!
Good on ya!
This is such a helpful and informed commmunity...you'll love the people and the resourses!
I am a brand new diver, personally and have found that not only are the current topics interesting, but the group is very friendly and approachable AND you can find information and advice about almost anything under the sun (or the water, as the case may be...) if you use the search feature. :lightbulb
Cheers!

Hello from Matt,

Welcome to ScubaBoard ! :1poke: I came here to look for help with my scuba diving dream and the response has been fantastic. So, I know you will enjoy being a member here.
There are a lot of nice and informative scuba divers. It's a good place to meet other divers and share experiences and dreams. Take care from Matt. :snorkels:

WWTMCC, Welcome to the board and welcome back to our great sport. You will find lots of very informative forums with great & friendly people here.

Make sure you give us more information on your profile, so our responses to your posts have better content. Also, if you tell us where you are, there are more chances of finding new dive buddies, or just plain old good information on your area.

Cheers & Safe diving,
Maria

we're glad you found us...

Welcome to ScubaBoard! :happywave

... and welcome back to diving! You'll find some great information here on the board about the changes that have taken place in the last 20 years while you've been gone. ;)

Don't forget to fill out your profile, so that we can add context to your future posts. Also, once we know where you are geographically, you may find that you'll have a whole bunch of new dive buddies to choose from locally.

Dive safe!

Christian

P.S. Due to the high volume of new posts in the Introductions and Greets forum, it's not always possible to keep up with all the new posts here. So, please help me out and send me a PM if you post anything you want me to read or repsond to in this forum.

Heya and welcome to the Board and back into the dive community. I'm sure a lot has changed. Please keep us updated on your "re-entry" ,I'd love to hear what you found to be the biggest change and if you think it was for the better or not (just make a new thread so we can all see, if you don't mind) Good luck

Cheers,
Vickie
