just joined been diving a long time
am trying to visit all the intersting dive sites around the world
met an guy in koh tao from the states he suggested "utila" would be interested in anyones experiences

Utila is one of the "Bay Islands" in Central America and on my "bucket list".... ahh one of these days..... Check out the "search" and click on this link and find others talking about Utila:

I think it would be a great place to dive also. Got it on my list (I'm holding off on a bucket list for a few years yet).

Hi Brian!!

I was in Utila about a year ago now, it wasn't even in my plans to go there but I tagged along with some other travelers that I met in Colombia. I am so happy I did!

We went diving with a company called "Utila Dive Center".

The first day we went out we saw to Whale Sharks, Manta rays and Orcas from the boat on the way back. This ended up being on of the best experience I have ever had, and it was all a coincidence.. :)

I really do hope you go, and please tell us all about it when you get back.
